a lack of access to medication? Or are those deaths the ones you're happy to ignore? Just as you ignore truth, reality and facts which have been proven to be rather inconvenient for your candidate?

Do you truly wish that everyone was deprived of pharmacology therapy, and do you truly have no clue just how many deaths are caused by such purist silliness?

When you don't have to look into the eyes of the people you sacrifice at the altar of your purity politics, it's very easy to repeating silly talking points that don't show much awareness of knowledge about anything medicine, drugs or how they actually work in this world.

Deaths caused by callous indifference to reality in favor of playing at politics, that's pretty cold, and rather corrupt. Your candidate offers vague references to policies that would indeed endanger many and cause immense suffering, but neither you nor he seem to be much educated about the realities of poorly thought out policies with little thought or understanding behind them.
