(30,456 posts)People have a right to support the candidate of their choice, what it's inappropriate is to use RW talking points on a Democratic site to attack the candidate who is not of their choice. The constant bashing goes far beyond differences in policies, its' become personal.
As for Sanders, I have said repeatedly that he has a right to stay until the last vote is cast. What has infuriated me is this latest strategy of his, and his two hustlers, (Devine and Weaver). I have lost all respect for his campaign. It's one thing to fight until the bitter end and then release your votes so that the person who won can be nominated by acclamation, as Hillary did in 2008. Another thing completely different is to insist that the super delegates should switch to you, although your opponent has triple the pledged delegate advantage that Obama had in 2008. The super delegates will not go against the will of the people and switch to the losing candidate. The mere suggestion that they would do so is undemocratic. I expected better from Sanders.
