In reply to the discussion: Establishment Dems Promise to Block Sanders Proposals, Says They're "DOA" [View all]stillwaiting
(3,795 posts)This objective would be the objective of the monied interests that control the Establishment mind you, and the corporate Establishment would simply be doing what they were told to do (their payoff would be tremendous no doubt).
Look at how many people within the Democratic Party know what's going on and are sick of the Establishment. The Establishment runs the very real risk of losing control to the progressive wing in the near future (if not now). I believe they would rather split the Party now before they run the risk of losing to us and losing control of the Party's Leadership (i.e. DNC).
Splitting the Democratic Party in to two would be GREAT for corporate and monied interests. Really great. With 38% of the vote, Canadian Conservatives held power in Canada.
Harry Reid's openly endorsing a Republican, David Plouffe's comment, Hillary, Bill, Chelsea, and Clinton surrogates OPEN disdain for Bernie supporters, and on and on. It's unbelievable what the Establishment is doing this primary (unless their objective is to split the Party).
