I still think that thing was blown up by a couple of mines that were adrift, the explosion happened under the road deck, which was not scorched or cratered, just lifted up off the supports and dumped into the water. It was just Russia's dumb luck to have a fuel train stopped at that signal when it happened.

Ukraine has gotten some longer range arms recently, but I'm sure they'll wait until repairs are complete to try to take it out.

Ukraine has never claimed responsibility for the original blast. Plus, Russia can't even do sea mines right:
