7. I am flat out exhausted and for no reason that I can tell.

I am not anxious, though and this is new. And I am feeling kinder towards myself. I am thinking that I should feel proud of what I have done in my life rather than ashamed of what I have not been able to accomplish yet. And that it is OK to not accomplish everything that one can possibly do if one runs around every second working so very hard........

That it is OK to rest and hey what is that - enjoy?
