9. I always look at the Moon as the dark side of each sign

So for instance, I have Moon in Virgo. I am pretty critical and sarcastic. I know Sun in Virgos who are a lot more humane in these areas. Since the Moon is in the shadow of the Sun, I believe that this means it will be expressing more of the negative qualities in the sign it's in.

Hillary has Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Aries--double Mars. I would be afraid of her being President or even VP. Moon in Aries is very volatile and impulsive--my mom has it and I know from experience what they are like. Hillary also showed her true colors in the last election against Obama. She just tried every trick in the book, especially with racial issues. Turned me off big time, which is a shame because I think she's very charismatic.
