1. Hmm. Not sure about the H's but the upside down triangle has several possible meanings

The upside down triangle was used, as most people know, to identify homosexuals by the Nazis and is now commonly used as a symbol of gay pride. I'm going to guess that's probably not what your entity is trying to communicate. The upside down triangle can also represent water or the feminine.

Do you have a history of the previous residents of the house? You might be able to find out who lived there through census records and see if a little girl lived there who passed away as a young girl.

So far, it seems like the entity is just trying to let you know it's there and isn't being aggressive or mischievous.
