is damning in itself. That the RCC set up such a thing means that they knew the problem existed, or no such thing would have been instituted. That they then returned "treated" priests to voiceless immigrant parishes where they would be in contact with children compounds the problem.

The RCC knowingly subjected children to abuse, and continued doing that for a very long time. There should be prosecutions of the leadership of that organization. This entire thing is unconscionable and evil.
