The Questor Tapes, Genesis II, Planet Earth, Strange New World and Spectre.

I just watched The Questor Tapes on the Internet Archive yesterday. Not bad at all. Rodenberry's son said that the android was the inspiration for CDR Data. Also, when it came to sex, both androids claimed to be "completely functional".
