The white majority won't allow it to be resolved.
And I don't ever recall him saying anything about it. The Congress Woman I interned and then worked for in the 1990's - SHE was the leader on it.
Her district included a large number of Black Americans . . . the little tiny woman from Kentucky who moved to Western NY?
She got us. She lived among us. She KNEW us.
Also I remember CLEARLY what the Bernie Bros did in the AfAm Group in the 2016 and 2020 Election. Clear as day. I was a group host then, and I'm one now. I can't be fooled.
I will never think like you because my experience of America is RADICALLY different than that of the average white male. It is what is.
