2. I had seen this story before and was impressed then.

I'm even more impressed, and very happy for this young man, that he's in a better job and on his way to a bright and prosperous future.

Most of the jobs I've had have been in customer service, and as aggravating and frustrating as people can be, it usually isn't that hard to be nice to them. An elderly woman like this must have been a real challenge, and for Mr. Gilbert to say that he treated her like his own grandma is touching and wonderful.
