1. Yup. The official propaganda is now coming out of the the whole government, no longer just Donnie and the cabinet.

They're praising major changes to social security in the bloated budget-busting bill.

It's a lie. There are exactly zero changes to social security in the bill. There can't be, because it was passed via reconciliation, which doesn't permit that.

But they had to get out that propaganda, because one of Donnie's campaign promises was to eliminate the social security tax. But they couldn't do that, so they increased the deduction for seniors. Which affect more or less the same people as social security affects, but not exactly and any any case it's not the same thing at all.

Moreover, the savings are roughly half what eliminating the tax would have been.

So having an email come from a government agency touting a part of the bill that has nothing to do with social security is to convince people that he helped people save on social security taxes when he did nothing if the sort.
