I have a question about a patch [View all]

I unpacked a bag of sew-on or iron on cloth patches we bought about 10 years ago at a yard sale. The patches are a mix of military and professional.

I found information about most of the patches, but not this one. When I looked for this one, I found information about the CVW-8 , but didn't find this patch. It is 4 3/8" x 3 3/4" I think it might be a joke, but I don't know. I put a picture of the patch on Imgur. Here is the link: https://imgur.com/a/MyuQPQw

I hope someone knows something about this patch. It has me very curious!
