3. yes, the 6th is the A. and the 9th is a D, though this moves it down.

I personally would play it C E G A D (if I could)
Too many pieces of music stretch to the 9th and 10th note.

Rachmaninoff was famous for having giant hands, and it shows in his music.

Mozart, OTOH, was said to have small hands, so there seems to be some reasonable fingering for us with average and small "span". We'll never be quarterbacks, unless they allow lots of stick-um.
