1. Surprised he signed a disaster declaration for TX. Thought the states were supposed to just handle these little events.

Ignored Arkansas after the tornadoes and not sure TX area affected was much larger. Maybe if you get enough kids killed being unprepared and stupid then Trump has to pay attention for PRs sake.
