I would not be advising my airmen and pilots to waste 9mm ammunition on the "Chinese hordes" as he is insinuating. I bet Gen Miiniman would like his USAF personnel to shoot at Chinese-looking targets at the range for maximum hatred.

I would advise my personnel to train hard, fly safe, and learn all the necessary technologies.
