Legislation by morality. No THC, and depending on what state, you may or may not be able to even get CBD for things like PSTD (one of the main reasons for MMJ in the first place).

I read earlier on CNN that the child that prompted this legislation is now going to be able to return home from Colorado Springs with her mother and rejoin her family - but who knows how long it is going to take to get a Charlotte's Web type of oil for her to purchase legally in Georgia?

Congrats to Georgia for what I will term a "bold move" for the south, but it simply isn't enough. Legislators are not physicians and have NO DAMN BUSINESS determining worthiness via legislation.
