1. SMH, a pilot program, in hospitals?

People need Cannabis medicine now, in their homes, in complete freedom, not a pilot program overseen by corporate-controlled doctors who don't know jack about the real medical benefits of Cannabis.

This is pathetic and a complete waste of time.

Just legalize it. Problem solved.
