Our little Siberian Husky rescue (Nina) used to regularly hide food in case she experienced a shortage. She tried to hide a piece of pizza in a snowbank once with a crow sitting right behind her. The crow picked up the pizza and flew away. She also hid food on our couch, under pillows, and under rugs (a dog prepper, perhaps). She passed away during COVID and we miss her funny antics and personality.
