12. Hummus!

My fave includes a big roasted red pepper when I whip up the garbanzos in the Ninja. Onion powder, a little salt, olive oil, a spoonful of tahini or PB, and a drizzle of toasted sesame oil and/or sesame seeds on top. If I’m lucky, I’ll get a dinner AND a lunch out of it. Just need carrot/celery sticks and maybe crackers for dipping.
