I like these products. Just cover the meat with the product and bake @ 125 or so for 2 to 4 hours
and finish on the grill. The Caribbean Jerk is really good. Really easy.

This is one of the best recipes I have ever found. You can play with it. I like adding
some dark rum to the sauce before you mix in the beans. Btw a GOOD Ham Hock helps.
