10. Chili, cheese and cheese?

I like to think of Skyline chili as open-faced Greek pastitsio. It's funny that some who hate Skyline (it has cinnamon in it!) love pastitsio (it has cinnamon in it!). Basically the only difference is that pastitsio typically includes béchamel and, of course, a crust. Sounds like this invention closes the circle with cream cheese and a croissant.

I would order it without the onions, but otherwise YUM!
