15. I usually make 4 quarts of soup.

What we don't eat, I put in quart containers, so i will be sure to have some soup left over to freeze. Yes, that does bring down the price per meal.

I had planned to make soup today, but had forgotten Dr's appt. Tomorrow we are going to restock our booth at the antique mall, so Sunday will be my soup making day.

Probably make egg salad sandwiches to go with the soup (hard-boiled eggs, grated raw carrot, sweet pickle relish, mayo).
