8. Not sure where you live in Texas, but I get mine at Winco

It’s been a while since I bought any, but I remember the price as reasonable (at least by today’s standards). I can also get smoked ham shanks which I generally prefer and they are vacuum sealed which keep well in the freezer. That’s why I haven’t bought any in a while. Another option is to inquire at the butcher’s counter at supermarkets that still have them. Even if they don’t have something there’s a decent chance they can order it for you at a price far cheaper than Amazon.
