1. We freeze milk regularly

We use it within 2-3 months, it can probably be stored longer.

To thaw it, we put it in the fridge if we don't mind it taking a couple days. If we need it faster, we leave it on the counter for a few hours before putting it in the fridge.

Either way, I'm told it's a good idea to turn the container upside down and back a couple times as it thaws to keep it mixed well.
