2. so many reasons this could be...

good about the amt of sleep and exhaustion could be deficiency or?? hydration??
everyone is different and it is very important to know if it is your body trying to tell you something... great job so far!!

(...I have lost about 30lbs/6mo) ...have been getting up about 6am to run and once in awhile feel pretty groggy but always perk up after some walking/running...
