I have depression issues as well and when I felt hopeless a few years ago I looked up their website for mental health help and found someone to talk to. You may have to try more than one provider to find someone you are comfortable with. This was 7 years ago, so I don't remember a lot about it, just that I found someone to talk to and they gave me suggestions that helped.
