Shortly before I left for my appointment the snow plow came through [View all]

Of course that left a pile of compacted snow at the end of my driveway so I grabbed the snow shovel and went to work. I cleared sufficient snow to be able to back out of the driveway and then pull back in. The main roads aren't bad but I'm staying home until my Friday trip to Trader Joe's, courtesy of my niece. We head to Rochester Hills, the closest TJs, every few months to stock up on stuff. It's about a 40 minute drive so that gives us lots of time to chat.

The session was good. I always feel a little emotionally lighter after these sessions. He sure takes a lot of notes! He always asks how the kid cats are doing.

So the kid cats won't starve and I bought a really nice new Winter coat - on sale - that I've been looking at since Winter coats made their appearance, this season. The zipper on my VERY old coat is about to give up so this is perfect timing.
