But don't underestimate the value of stretching. We all hear it (and honestly, mostly all ignore it), but with hip pain, it REALLY can make a difference. (I know, having lived 26 years with a horrendous ankle injury suffered on the day of Columbine, so I do remember, and which has put tremendous contralateral pressure on my opposite hip.)
