My doctor is very happy with my numbers. I went from blood sugars of over 300 and an A1c of 11.9 to right where you are. I take one trajenta a day and he said I could try not taking any medication if I felt comfortable doing so. So far I'm continuing but may try no meds in the future. My Endocrinologist has also been happy with those numbers. If you're unsure seek another medical opinion
