4. I have dentures on the top.

Couldn't get the lowers at the same time. Now my lower teeth have had it and uppers need replacement. I got some $$$ when my Mom died so I used it for the dentures which all together was about 6000 dollars about 10 years ago.

Do you have dental insurance? You might look into mini-implants although that's not as permanent a triron May 2021 #11
