In the keto-verse, they are big on eating "good fats" based on animal products. And, in some respects, they are helpful. Contrary to popular belief, butter is better for you than chemical-laden margarine. And bacon is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. 
But, these people take it a little too far with the beef tallow. Gross. And they are completely correct about seed oils causing inflammation, especially canola oil. Olive and avocado oils are much better. I use avocado oil in my cooking, and it's great. I think that it should be encouraged. That being the case, why are they putting tariffs on avocados from Mexico and olive oil from Europe? If you want to promote eating healthy fats, you need to lower the cost to make them less expensive.
