1. Nasal spray is the easiest way to go in preventing Covid

There’s a spray called Xlear that’s great. I was checking out the research back in ‘20 and at that time it looked like sprays containing seaweed or grapefruit extracts or xylitol were protective… now there’s research showing they significantly reduce viral load once a person has symptoms, too. I started looking because of the research at that time showing that the nose is where Covid sets up shop and starts building before symptoms show up in the rest of the body. I found a spray called “Xlear” and we’ve been using it for a few days whenever we’ve potentially been exposed.

Such a simple and effective strategy, yet the info gets so little public dissemination.
