Ultimately I suspect this victim probably didn't have the insurance needed to get excellent care, and that the severity of the injuries didn't place them at the front of the line.

You really think if the money spigot was open, they'd just maliciously refuse to bust out all the expensive treatment cause this person was not sanctioned by Gawd to exist?

I don't.

Money IS their God.

This is what happens to underinsured people. All day, every day.
