Consider that events are proceeding at such a pace that much of what constitutes a navy will be obsolete before they are launched. Considering the time and treasure required to design, construct and outfit something so massive and complex against the likelihood that it can be overwhelmed and destroyed by something simpler, much cheaper and smaller by someone on the other side of the world, it doesn’t sound like smart policy.
What you want to do is create massive Data Centers that control EVERYTHING.
