You would think too, that a doctor's office would be safe.

Also if it is just abused pit bulls who are the ones who attack, then this would seem different than that. I would think a person who mistreats their own pit bull, would not even bother to take them to the vet.

I do think also that aggressive dogs, where the owner knows they are aggressive, should have a muzzle on them in public.
