in the GSA fleet. I work on a government research facility. most of the cars we've gotten in the past several years have been full electric (lightnings, Bolts) or plug-in (minivans). This will shut down operations if the vehicles can't charge. These chargers are also open to employees at a rate 4X the power rate the government pays. Those chargers are administered by a corporate entity who has to make a profit, even though the power comes from the government building through the government's power meters.
