I wrote about "CEOS" - as in plural, as in a generic statement about them. I wasn't addressing this project in particular but in general how some will take something this and act as if what they have done before isn't relevant. It clearly is, unless one is overcome by hero worship, or some other factor that prevents rational discussion.
