Schools aren't businesses. Kids aren't products. They are HUMAN BEINGS - too complex to quantify with statistics. Bill Gates is an expert on computing, not teaching. He lacks in knowledge of basic brain science and pedagogy. It would be of poor logic and an ignorance of science to take orders in teaching from this man. People just don't understand that.
