I think the good school doesn't mean throw more money, but the good education does matter. Good buildings, good labs, good musical instruments are not very important.

When I was in senior high school, my school doesn't cost much, but there are good fractional number. My friends' school spends more money. Regrettably, education is not very good, so the results are not good.
