The only problem here is the police would probably wait until whoever lived there is away and impound it.

You may have heard about the pregnant woman who was harassed by police under the overpass after her water broke. She used to have a rv. The police impounded it and the fees were too high for her to get it back. That’s why she ended up sleeping on a mattress there.
