7. They didn't really "win" their case

What they won was a temporary pause on a move from one form of custody over to Gitmo - all while awaiting deportation that had already been ordered. All the judge had decided at this point was that they could not be transferred to Cuba while a decision was pending... but that didn't change the fact that they could be deported.
