So to please the ideologue and theorist who wrote this piffle, Ukraine should lay down its arms and meekly submit to the Putin government’s plan for cultural and physical genocide, all because it allegedly benefits “the Global South”?

I suspect that the Ukrainian government and the Ukraian people would demur for reasons. You know, like for autonomy, independence, cultural identity, national identity, the right of national self-determination, Liberty, and other little bagatelles that the author clearly overlooked.
