60-year-old Mark D. Schreiber, an unlicensed surgeon from Florida, as been arrested and charged with one count of unlicensed practice of health care causing serious injury after totally destroying a guy's penis.

It all started when the victim, a 55-year-old hairdresser, who had a desire to make his penis longer and thicker went to a man named Nery Carvajal Gonzalez. Nery, a shady doctor who is now a fugitive, inserted the implant. When the implant gave him problems, Nery sent the victim off to Mark.

The victim paid Mark $1,000 for the removal of the implant. And oh, the procedure was done in a warehouse. Anytime I have surgery it's done at a warehouse, too. It's actually super common.

"The victim's penis was now incredibly small, yet very swollen and the skin around the shaft had been removed and was raw. The victim stated that his penis had retracted so far that it protruded less than one inch from his body."
