12. If you aren't using Norton, it's a scam, but if you were - don't use their link or phonenumbers ...

I've never ever been given a phone number to call on an e-mail from a software download I've made. In fact finding a phone number to Norton can be a pain. But I have used Norton and I had auto renewing and I never ever got a message like that. That phone number just rings false.

Norton is good company, and if McAfee was bad, or I wasn't so tied down with it, I'd sign right up with Norton.
