I've cut the cable and am relying on netflix, youtube and the network sites for entertainment and ne [View all]

Also cutting costs where I can. What is the slowest download speed acceptable for these applications? Right now AT&T is costing $78 a month for up to 20mps. Can I drop to half that and be happy?
