2. I don't think the ALP Right quite gets it.

They don't quite get the concept of "one man, one vote". All they have to do is "weight" the votes of Caucus members and then put pressure on them to vote the "Right" way.

Result? Their man, who will do just what he's told to do. And too often, the Labor right-wing is barely discernible from a Tory.
