2. I think I have to side with the arresting officers on this one.

They went into the office and prepared to camp out for the night. When the staff tried to get them to leave so that the office could be closed for the night, they refused to leave.

If they had moved out to the hallway or the outside of the building, that would be great. But they tried to spend the night inside the campaign office. For me, that's a no.
