it got to a lot of world cities, some of which don't have state of the art diagnostic and tracking programs.

If it gets to india, or japan, or south america, there isn't an airport in the country that won't have people landing with issues.

Hopefully this runs its course. But there is a chance for pandemic. It all depends on how easy human-human transmission is and where the clusters pop up.
