to someone not fully vaccinated and showing symptoms, then hospitals SHOULD still have available (probably in short supply) measles immunoglobulin. Unlike the vaccine it is passive protection with protective antibodies and affords short-term treatment/protection in these cases for those too young to be vaccinated and young enough to be at significant risk from infection. It must be administered within six day of exposure, but the sooner the better if that exposure is confirmed to be to an active case of measles.

Just keep that in mind but avoid others (whose vaccination status or potential for exposure is unclear) right now.
